　　1、如申请者无法提供留学期间护照原件的，可提供以下材料：

　　(1)申请者亲笔签名的无法提交留学期间护照的情况说明;

　　(2)新护照首页或户籍簿;

　　(3)我国省市公安机关所属出入境管理部门开具的留学期间出入境记录证明，或者其他其它海外居留情况信息;

　　2、港澳台居民请提交港澳居民来往内地通行证或台湾居民来往大陆通行证;

　　3、对于尚未颁发学位证书但持有所就读学校出具的已获得学位的证明信的申请人，可提供该证明信(如有成绩单，也可一并提供)的原件、复印件及翻译件;

　　4、在菲律宾取得学位证书者，须本人亲自在教育部留学服务中心递交认证申请材料，且须提交与证书配套的成绩单原件及复印件;如就读学校为国立大学，需提供菲律宾外交部认证;如就读学校为私立大学，需提供菲律宾高等教育委员会和外交部认证;

　　5、如委托他人代理递交认证申请材料，代理人需提供《代理递交认证申请材料委托书》和代理人有效身份证件

The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
