　　很多留学生在回国以后发现自己并不能办理学历认证，其实这和很多因素有关系，换句话说办理学历认证也是有条件的。接下来我们就来说说菲律宾在职留学博士学历认证的必要条件。

　　菲律宾在职留学博士学历认证的必要条件：

　　1、你所就读的菲律宾学校要在中国教育部涉外监管网上有备案，这个备案大家肯定都听说过，你只管去网上查就可以了，查的到的就是有备案的，可以做学历认证，查不到的就不可以。

　　2、必须是面授而不是函授，这个就跟上面第二点说的差不多，肯定都是在学校里老师当面授课学习的方式才行。

　　3、留学生要拿到与菲律宾当地学校全日制学生完全一致的学位证书，在国外有个共同的特点，即便你没有顺利毕业都还是会给你发一张纸，但这张纸并不是毕业证，也不是学位证，回国是不能用的，都只是该学校给你发的一个学习经历的证明而已，有些可能是肄业证书，所以留学生不要以为毕业只要学校给发了一个东西就行了，回国就没问题了，不是那么一回事。

The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
