　　2、菲律宾学历认证，必须申请者本人亲自前往，不能代办，不能在分中心办理(其他国家可以代办，可以到各地的留服分中心办理)

　　3、护照、签证和出入境记录丢失，可以用户口和公安局的《出入境查询结果》替代。如果签证丢失了，我建议不要出示护照，就说护照也丢了。因为签证没法补，反而更麻烦了。

　　4、办理学历认证不需要《留学归国证明》。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
