菲律宾在职留学博士申请学历认证过程：
一、验证点受理。按要求验看申请者所递交材料原件与复印件是否一致并加盖验证公章。
二、认证初审。对认证申请材料进行初步核查，如材料不齐全，教育部留学生服务中心将向申请人出具补充材料通知单，同时将申请材料退回申请人。
三、认证评估。认证工作人员及专家将对认证申请进行评估，在此期间如需申请人补充其他证明材料，工作人员将通过站内信息、电子邮件或电话等方式与您联系，请保持联系方式畅通并提供配合;。 这一步是非常重要的环节。
四、对认证申请进行最后审核。
五、认证证书制作。
六、财务核对。核对申请人的汇款单并为申请人开具认证费缴费发票。
七、认证发放。在北京递交认证申请者，请于认证完成后持本人有效身份证件或缴费发票到教育部留学生服务中心领取认证结果。在外埠递交认证申请者，教育部留学生服务中心会将认证证书和发票邮寄至您选择的申请材料验证点。
