1、 资料准备齐全，审核速度还是很快的。
2、 菲律宾学历认证，必须申请者本人亲自前往，不能代办，不能在分中心办理(其他国家可以代办，可以到各地的留服分中心办理)
3、护照、签证和出入境记录丢失，可以用户口和公安局的《出入境查询结果》替代。如果签证丢失了，我建议不要出示护照，就说护照也丢了。因为签证没法补，反而更麻烦了。
4、学历认证不需要《留学归国证明》。但建议大家还是在菲律宾开好。菲律宾的《留学归国证明》也不能代办，必须本人。如果大家是委托中介办理CHED认证和大使馆认证，那就毕业后先去办理《留学归国证明》。拿着护照，签证和出入境记录，以及学校的毕业证(或证明)即可，立等可取。
