1、留学生服务中心窗口不受理直接邮寄材料原件的申请。请勿将申请材料原件寄至窗口。
2、除照片、翻译件和授权声明外，所有材料须由申请者递交至窗口验看原件(原件经现场审验后即行退回)，窗口只收取复印件(单面复印)。
3、每份认证申请材料收取20元快递费(邮寄至教育部留学服务中心)。
4、在菲律宾取得学位证书者，须本人亲自在教育部留学服务中心递交认证申请材料，且须提交与证书配套的成绩单原件及复印件。如就读学校为国立大学，需提供菲律宾外交部认证。如就读学校为私立大学，需提供菲律宾高等教育委员会和外交部认证。
