近几年，回国就业的留学生越来越多。每年的留学认证都是留学圈热议的话题。那么菲律宾学历认证流程复杂吗？如何办理的呢？

国外认证流程

1. 将获得的毕业证和学位证送往菲律宾高教委;

2. 高教委递交相关材料到菲律宾外交部;

3. 根据收据条载明的截止时间，预约菲外交部业务办理;

4. 按日期赴外交部填表交钱，再预约取证日期;

5. 等候通知，到期取证。

国内阶段流程

国内认证阶段较为便捷，全程可在线办理，所以仅需注册及登陆教育部留学服务中心网上服务大厅，按照步骤提交相关材料，缴纳相应费用即可。(认证所需时间约15-20个工作日)。

办理所需材料：

1.需要认证的国(境)外学历学位证书或高等教育文凭

2.国(境)外学习期间使用的护照及签证记录

3.本人近期2寸证件照

4.授权声明

5.其他辅助材料

注意事项：

1.授权声明需在留服中心官网下载，填写签名后以PDF形式上传;

2.申请认证时中的实人认证环节需下载【中国政务服务平台】APP;

3.护照及学历证书等需上传彩色扫描件。

4.教育部回应留学生受疫情影响，通过网络在线学习部分课程，不影响学历认证。

The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
