　　2、注册并登陆国(境)外学历学位认证系统,填写个人资料。

　　3、经教育部留学服务中心或其他省、市代办机构的初步审查,以电子邮件的形式通知申请人预审结果。

　　4、若预审通过,则需带好申请材料的原件及一套复印件，到教育部留学服务中心或其他省、市代办机构办理原件交验等申请手续，同时须向教育部留学服务中心缴纳认证费360元。

　　5、申请人可在递交材料齐全后的十五个工作日内领取《国外学历、学位认证书》。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
