　　菲律宾留学在职博士国内学历认证流程：

　　1、提交毕业文件(大学期间的成绩单、大学毕业文凭、菲律宾外交部认证、菲律宾高等教育委员会认证、中国驻菲律宾大使馆认证、留学归国证明、护照和签证)。

　　2、网上申请、付款：登录教育部留学服务中心网站，注册账户，填写信息，缴纳费用。

　　3、现场提交材料：菲律宾学历认证必须本人亲自到留学服务中心递交材料。毕业文件连同其他文件准备好后，前往留学生服务中心办理即可。

　　4、证书收取：认证通过的证书，会以快递的方式邮寄给学生本人。不必自取。

　　5、证书查询

　　6、学历认证时间：一般情况下，学历认证时间为一个月。

　　7、留学归国证明：学历认证不需要此文件。若同学们想购买免税车、落户或其他事项需要用到这个文件。

We have had another exciting year at José Rizal University. All students have grown in many ways during the past year. Many have succeeded academically and have been recognized for their efforts. This school year is a momentous year for JRU.

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
