　　3. CHED会帮你把材料送到DFA，即菲律宾外交部--Departmen of Foreign Affairs，如果学校替你送材料到CHED，你会从学校收到一张白条，白条上写有去DFA取材料的日期;

　　4. 到了白条上写定的日期，去DFA取就可以了，这期间需要去窗口缴费100比索，然后就可以领到经过菲律宾高教委和外交部认证过的你的学位证原件了;
