　　菲律宾在职留学博士回国的学历认证要注意什么?主要有下面这几点：

　　1、不受理直接邮寄材料原件的申请。请勿将申请材料原件寄至我中心，以免丢失或出现其他意外。

　　2、在递交认证申请材料过程中，需申请者本人对认证申请信息和材料的完整性、真实性、准确性签字确认，因此请申请者尽量亲自前往我中心各验证机构办理认证申请手续。如需代办，请参见上述可能需要提供的信息中第10条办理相关手续。

　　3、目前，国外学历学位认证申请已不再要求申请人提交《留学人员回国证明》，但是，留学回国人员在购买免税车辆、办理就业落户手续、享受国家及各地针对留学回国人员的各项优惠政策时，仍需提交《留学回国人员证明》。因此，我中心建议留学回国人员在归国之前开具《留学回国人员证明》并妥善保管。

　　4、在菲律宾取得学位证书者，须本人亲自在教育部留学服务中心递交认证申请材料，且须提交与证书配套的成绩单原件及复印件;如就读学校为国立大学，需提供菲律宾外交部认证;如就读学校为私立大学，需提供菲律宾高等教育委员会和外交部认证;

The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
