　　菲律宾在职留学博士申请学历认证步骤：

　　一、注册及在线申请，登录国(境)外学历学位认证系统，注册个人账户，在线填写认证申请。

　　二、在线支付认证费用，填写认证申请后，在认证系统内，对已提交的认证申请在线支付认证费用。

　　三、递交认证申请材料，到选择的验证机构递交认证申请材料。

　　四、查询认证进程，申请人可登录系统查询认证进程及状态。

　　五、领取认证结果，认证完成后，认证结果将通过EMS邮寄给申请人。

　　六、在菲律宾取得学位证书者，须本人亲自在教育部留学服务中心递交认证申请材料，且须提交与证书配套的成绩单原件及复印件;如就读学校为国立大学，需提供菲律宾外交部认证;如就读学校为私立大学，需提供菲律宾高等教育委员会和外交部认证。

The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
