　　我国与菲律宾都参与签署了“亚洲与太平洋地区高等教育学历学位互认条约”。我国与菲律宾于2009年11月20日共同签署了《中国政府和菲律宾政府关于相互承认高等教育学历和学位的协议》。

　　菲律宾在职留学博士申请学历认证的流程：

　　一、注册及在线申请，登录国(境)外学历学位认证系统，注册个人账户，在线填写认证申请。

　　二、在线支付认证费用，填写认证申请后，在认证系统内，对已提交的认证申请在线支付认证费用。

　　三、递交认证申请材料，到选择的验证机构递交认证申请材料。

　　四、查询认证进程，申请人可登录系统查询认证进程及状态。

　　五、领取认证结果，认证完成后，认证结果将通过EMS邮寄给申请人。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
