　　第一、精心准备需要递交的申请材料;

　　第二、致电菲律宾驻领事馆预约申请时间，或者通过领事馆授权的旅行社预约;

　　第三、在预约的日期到领事馆递交申请，并接受面谈;

　　第四、资料通过审核后即可缴纳签证费，如需加急，还需缴纳加急费;

　　第五、申请人在指定的日期凭缴费票据到领馆领取签证与护照，若本人无法亲自领取，需要准备委托书，由受托人携委托书，缴费凭证和受托人身份证复印件(需要翻译成英文)代替申请人领取签证和护照。

　　第六、因现在的签证是另纸签证，建议申请人将签证用订书机订于护照的签证页上，避免丢失;使用过的签证也请妥善保存，方便将来继续申请菲律宾签证。
