　　1、有效中国护照或旅行证明文件，有效期需超过在菲律宾停留时间至少六个月(6)以上。

　　2、两份填写好并附上两个照片的签证申请表;

　　5、菲律宾高等教育委员会发的录取通知书和菲律宾的大学/学院的录取通知书;

　　7、警察无犯罪纪录证明(复印件);

　　8、经鉴定的中学和大学毕业证书拷贝;

　　9、经鉴定的学校成绩记录的拷贝;

　　10、财务支持证明;

　　11、介绍人/在菲律宾的联系人的目录和机票拷贝。
