我们都知道，海归可以享受国内一线城市的留学生落户政策，但是需要有一定的条件。近期有同学咨询菲律宾国父大学在职博士可以落户上海吗？都需要哪些条件呢？一起来看看。

首先，菲律宾国父大学博士士毕业的同学回国后可以落户上海，需要满足回国后两年之内在沪就业，劳动合同有效期为2年及以上，且使用期结束后才可以申请，依法持续缴纳社保，连续半年在同一家单位缴纳社保基数为1倍。因此，留学生回国后最快半年之后就可以落户上海。

需要注意的是，对于申请者所在的单位有一定的要求。第一，公司必须是在上海市内注册登记，第二，公司注册资金不少于100万人民币的企业单位，如果是外资企业，则需要按照汇率换算成人民币不得少于100万。公司必须信誉良好，并在上海依法纳税，按规定参加社会保险。第三，如果就职公司为某公司分公司或子公司，则劳动合同必须与上海分公司签订，并且社保个税必须由上海分公司缴纳申报。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
