菲律宾硕士回国后落户上海的条件都有哪些？

想要落户一线城市，传统的落户方式非常难，耗时也比较长，很多人选择出国留学，以海归身份落户。那么菲律宾硕士回国后要落户上海，都需要哪些条件呢？

需要满足三个条件：
1、报读的菲律宾院校必须受中国教育部承认，也就是该校能在教育部涉外监管信息网上查询得到。
2、回国后2年内在上海找到工作。
3、如果是世界500强院校（院校查询上海人社局规定名单）硕士毕业，连续半年在同一家单位缴纳社保基数为1倍。如果不是世界500强院校硕士毕业或者是专升硕毕业，需要连续1年在同一家单位缴纳社保基数为1.5倍。注意，一定是连续缴纳社保，中间不能断缴。

此外还需要注意的是，对于申请者所在的单位有一定的要求。第一，公司必须是在上海市内注册登记，第二，公司注册资金不少于100万人民币的企业单位，如果是外资企业，则需要按照汇率换算成人民币不得少于100万。公司必须信誉良好，并在上海依法纳税，按规定参加社会保险。第三，如果就职公司为某公司分公司或子公司，则劳动合同必须与上海分公司签订，并且社保个税必须由上海分公司缴纳申报。

满足条件之后学生就可以申请海归落户上海了。当然啦，除了落户外，留学生还可以享受购买第一辆进口车退税，创业资金扶持等福利待遇。

The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
