　　1、菲律宾驻华大使馆办理旅游签证。提供本人护照、身份证复印件和照片即可办理旅游签证。旅游签证也是另纸签证。办理时间约为5天。

　　2、菲律宾体检。留学生入学前，会先进行体检。体检通过后，体检部门会在护照上盖章;

　　3、学校提交留学签证申请。留学生签证由学校统一办理。提交护照、旅游签证、双认证材料、体检证明等资料，缴纳相关费用。再此过程中还需采集指纹、拍照等。

　　4、菲律宾移民局签发留学签证。签证办理成功后，移民局会在旅游签证上加盖留学签证，并发放ACR-I Card. ACR-I Card全称为：《ACR-I, AlienCertificate for Registration Identity Card (外国人身份登记卡)》。
