　　一、注册与入学

　　1.所有到达菲律宾大学的中国留学生必须遵守菲律宾政府的法律法规，尊重菲律宾人民的风俗习惯和价值信仰，不做任何危害菲律宾国家和人民的安全，利益的事情。

　　2.新生必须按时报到。因故不能如期到校注册，必须提前请假并说明理由和请假时间，经同意后可作为事假处理。无故逾期不到者，取消入学资格。

　　3.所有新生必须用英文填写大学注册登记表并递交照片等相关资料。

　　二、转学生签证

　　1.学员需要按移民局要求用英文填写申请表格(一式两份)并递交本人的公证或认证资料。

　　2.学员需要按照移民局要求进行外国留学人员体检。体检合格后才可申请转留学生签证。

　　3.转学生签证正常办理周期为三个月，如需加急可缩短至10天左右，缴纳加急费用。

　　4.转学生签证费用按照移民局办理标准收取，没有缴费者不予办理。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
