　　二、逾期居留、居留手续不完备、从事与签证种类不符的行为等都违反菲律宾移民法，将有可能被拘捕、罚款并遣返。菲律宾移民局遣返手续通常为：由移民局检察官提起行政诉讼，经局长委员会审理后，签发遣返令，通常对当事人处以55,000.00比索的罚款后遣返回国。该过程少则数周，多则数月。如有律师协助，或申请自愿遣返，可缩短时间。

The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
