一、准备材料：2寸近期正面免冠彩色照片2张，背景色以各地出入境管理处规定为准;居民携带本人户口簿;凡属于登记备案的国家工作人员申办因私护照必须由单位在《中国公民因私出国申请审批表》上出具意见，负责人签名并加盖公章，具体人员范围请查阅相应资料。
二、携带上述材料去户籍所在地的公安局出入境管理处并填写《中国公民因私出国申请审批表》。
三、递交申请和缴费：将填写好的贴好照片的申请表格和所需材料递交到受理窗口，待工作人员审核完毕后，领取《因私出国(境)证件申请回执》单，核对回执单内容确认无误后签名。费用是200/本。
四、领取护照。
五、办理签证前请在护照最后一页的持证人签名栏用黑色签字笔签署本人姓名。

The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
