三、菲律宾也是亚洲最接近欧美文化的国家，是亚洲传统的教育强国。2007年中国和菲律宾两国政府正式签署两国学历相互承认协定，菲律宾的美国式教育才真正映入中国留学生的眼帘，其免雅思、免托福、免资金担保等特点得到了中国留学生的青睐。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
