　　菲律宾留学首先应该知道菲律宾很多大学并不提供校内住宿，通常来讲，菲律宾留学大多数人是租房住。而租房的形式有很多。

　　1、公寓

　　菲律宾留学租公寓的留学生比较多，租的公寓大多都是在学校附近，优势就是距离学校近，交通方便，有时候走路仅需5分钟就可到达。另外公寓房一般也很安全，有保安24小时轮流值班看守。租公寓的费用根据公寓的类型而定，一般新建的公寓费用比较高。在学校附近租公寓，建议合租，平均每个人每个月大概580元左右。

　　2、别墅

　　菲律宾留学除了在学校附近租公寓住以外，还可以选择租别墅。租别墅住条件肯定好一些，环境好，住房面积大，安全也有保障，别墅区有专业的管理人员看守，所用进入别墅的人必须有相关证件才可进入，相对更安全一些。缺点就是交通不方便，因为菲律宾很多别墅位置偏远一些，这样一来，上课不太方便，比较耽误时间，比较适合菲律宾留学读研究生的人，本科生最好还是租公寓比较合适。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
