去菲律宾留学之后，第一要考虑的就是住宿问题。那么去菲律宾留学租房价格是多少呢？一般有哪些注意事项？

1、一般的住宿费价格：
　　单间：1500-2500（RMB）/月。
　　合租：1000-1500（RMB）/月。
　　建议租二人间的，相互有个照应，还能省下不少开销。
　　2、在附近租房需要注意以下几点：
　　1）到校后，先认识师哥师姐，向其真诚问好，嘘寒问暖，虚心请教校园生活问题。看有没有什么经验，可以吸取学习。
　　2）正规网站搜索查找，调查公司的营业执照，要保证房东人品，靠谱点的可以约面谈，多谈几家，对照相应价格和居住条件，决定2-3所。
　　3）检查是否有漏水漏电状况，水费、燃气费、物业费、宽带费等是由个人承担还是对方给包了，仔细查看天花板和地面的角落，有裂缝的话直接问房东或者看下一家。

The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
