菲律宾留学为什么要做学历认证？学历认证都需要哪些材料？

大多数留学生毕业后，都会选择回国，而学历认证也是比较重要的一件事情。那么菲律宾为什么要做学历认证呢？学历认证都需要哪些材料呢？

1、为什么要做学历认证？
中国教育部留学服务中心，是办理国外学历学位认证的权威机构，鉴别国(境)外学历的认证。国（境）外学历认证一直由教育部留学服务中心负责审核发放，目前都是网上申请，最新网站入口是：http://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/。
根据我国相关规定，报考公务员，国企事业单位入职，高等教育学位报考时，如果是归国留学人员，都要出具相应的国（境）外学历学位证明资料。
随着各大城市发布人才引进政策，很多城市都针对海外高校的硕士、博士毕业生提供人才引进、子女入学、人才安居、医疗保健等优惠政策。如：厦门市一次性发放生活补贴，硕士5万元，博士8万。想要享受到这类人才优惠政策，就需要先办理国外学历学位认证。
2、学历认证所需材料
现在都是线上申请，提前准备好手机、电脑及相关申请材料。
(1)需要认证的国(境)外学历学位证书或高等教育文凭（以下简称文凭证书）。上传文件格式为：pdf格式，不大于5M。
(2)国（境）外学习期间使用的护照（通行证）及签证（签注）。上传文件格式为：jpg格式，每张不大于1M。
(3)本人近期标准证件照片一张，底色不限。上传文件格式为：jpg格式，不大于1M。
(4)按留服中心要求填写并签署的文凭证书核查授权声明。上传文件格式为：pdf格式，不大于1M。
(5)其他相关材料。上传文件格式为：jpg格式，每张不大于1M。

We have had another exciting year at José Rizal University. All students have grown in many ways during the past year. Many have succeeded academically and have been recognized for their efforts. This school year is a momentous year for JRU.

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
