以国父Jose Rizal命名的Jose Rizal University始创于1919年，为菲律宾历史最悠久的大学之一。前身为远东大学由Don Vicente Fabella发起建造，1922年，名字被改为Jose Rizal University(译：国父大学)，并在不久后由原来的Arlegui大街迁至R. Hidalgo大街，又在1949年搬到了Mandaluyong(曼达路尤)，也就是Jose Rizal University现在的位置。Don Vicente Fabella是第一个获得由美国颁发的会计学证书的菲律宾人，也就是第一个菲律宾注册会计师。那么菲律宾国父大学的申请流程及费用是多少呢？
一、申请流程
1、申请资料
（1）填写入学申请表；
（2）护照首页扫描件；
（3）身份证正反面扫描件；
（5）最高学历、学位证书及成绩单扫描件；
（6）白底证件照2寸4张及电子版。
2、申请程序
（1）报名申请：填写报名申请表，提交个人信息及相关资料并缴纳报名费。
（2）资格审查：提交的所有资料均由菲律宾国父大学北京项目办公室协助资格审查，含初审、面试两个环节。
（3）录取缴费：资格审查通过后，由项目办公室发放电子版录取通知书和缴费通知单。
（4）签证赴菲：缴纳全部费用后，由项目办公室协助学生办理第一次赴菲签证、机票等事宜。
（5）抵达注册: 学生抵达国父大学并在研究生院注册部办理注册手续，正式成为全日制博士留学生并办理学生证。
（6）学生签证：学生递交详细的证明材料（公证、认证等）、填写移民局表格、体检、压指膜，申请正式留学生签证以及菲律宾居留身份卡（I-CARD），在中国驻菲律宾大使馆办理留学生登记注册手续。
（7）开学典礼：在国父大学举行开学典礼，正式进入课程学习阶段。
二、项目费用
1、报名费：2000人民币（不可退）
2、学费：18.8万人民币。

We have had another exciting year at José Rizal University. All students have grown in many ways during the past year. Many have succeeded academically and have been recognized for their efforts. This school year is a momentous year for JRU.

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
