　　1、有效期至少8个月的普通护照，及护照信息页的复印件;

　　2、银行存款证明(人民币肆万元，有效期三个月);

　　3、两寸近期白底彩照两张;

　　4、身份证原件，正反面复印件并且翻译成英文;

　　5、菲律宾高校出具的录取通知书和证明，用于说明学校会在申请人抵达菲律宾之后协助其申请学生签证;

　　6、用英文填写完整的9(a)签证申请表格，原件及复印件各一张;

　　7、抵离菲律宾的往返或者联程机票;

　　8、申请人需要本人到菲律宾驻外使领馆递交申请，并接受面谈;

　　9、签证申请费用为人民币167.5元，出证时间为第四个工作日下午3点至5点半，如需加急，需要另外缴纳167.5元，出证时间为第二个工作日下午3点至5点半。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
