4、第四次课程结束后，学员需提供大学备案资料，包括：第四次课程成绩单扫描件;博士论文题目、目录、大纲，论文答辩成绩。
5、毕业典礼后，学员需提供大学备案资料，包括：毕业证书扫描件;大学毕业证明函扫描件;菲律宾外交部、总统府、中国驻菲律宾大使馆认证文件扫描件;中国驻菲律宾大使馆回国证明扫描件。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
