1、完成课程学习：学员按规定完成博士课程学习，并同时着手博士学位论文的资料收集和论文框架的构建。
2、论文选题与论文指导：学员初定2—3个论文题目，指导老师确定一个正式论文题目以后，学员方可开始撰写论文初稿。本办将对学员论文初稿作相应的论文指导。
3、论文答辩：学员视其论文完成情况和论文质量向我办提出论文答辩申请，经我办同意以后将安排学员参加相应批次的论文答辩。论文答辩一般在香港举行，每年两次：3月和5月。学员按时参加论文答辩。
4、毕业典礼：如果答辩通过，大学方面通知学员参加在菲律宾相应大学举行的毕业典礼和博士学位授予仪式。

The College obtained its Level IV Re-Accreditation last year from the PACU Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This is a rare recognition among Philippine colleges and universities. The Graduate School enjoys Level III accreditation, while the Law School continues to surpass the national average. The High School and the Elementary School enjoy Level III PACUCOA accreditation, another rare distinction.
